Today, the line to get into he Federal Building was so long that my client, Mr. Sandoval, got to his interview before I did. I was still in line. I was so upset because a USCIS Officer told my client that he didn’t need a lawyer and my client feeling afraid signed a document saying he didn’t need a lawyer for his interview. USCIS officers have to respect when the client has an attorney.!! When I finally got through the line my client calls me and says my interview is over. And I’m like over? I went straight to the supervisor filed a complaint against the initial USCIS Officer and I a supervisor reviewed my complaint and my client’s case got approved!!
